These Terms and Conditions set out in this document apply solely and exclusively to purchases made through the following websites: https://shop.realmadrid.com or https://us.shop.realmadrid.com/ (the “Online Store”).
Accordingly, by accessing and making a purchase through the Online Store, users fully and unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, which are final and binding upon all Users of the Online Store.
Therefore, when Users access and complete a purchase through the Online Store, they are deemed to have freely, expressly, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Name of the Campaign:
The Campaign is entitled: “Free Shipping 1 December” (hereinafter, the “Campaign”).
2. Territory of the Campaign:
The Campaign will be carried out exclusively in the territories listed in Section 7 of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Eligibility Requirements:
3.1 The following individuals may participate in the Campaign (the “Users”):
a) Be a natural person.
b) Be of legal age according to the applicable legislation in the country of delivery.
c) Purchase products through the Online Store hosted at https://shop.realmadrid.com or https://us.shop.realmadrid.com/.
Free shipping applies only to orders whose subtotal exceeds the following amount:
Euro (€): 100€
3.2 If any of the requirements outlined herein are not met, whether in whole or in part, we reserve the right to exclude the User from the Campaign.
3.3 Users acknowledge and accept that participation in the Campaign is strictly subject to full compliance with all requirements set out in this document, and therefore undertake to meet these conditions without exception.
3.4 Each User is solely responsible for having the necessary device and internet connection to access the Online Store and participate in the Campaign.
3.5 The team appointed by the Online Store will verify Users’ compliance with the Requirements.

5. Duration of the Campaign:
The Campaign will be active on 1 December 2025, from 00:00 am (CET) until 24:00 (CET) on the same day.
6. Mechanics of the Campaign:
Users must proceed as follows:
6.1 Access the Online Store through https://shop.realmadrid.com or https://us.shop.realmadrid.com/.
6.2 Add products to the shopping cart whose combined value exceeds the minimum amount indicated in Section 3.1.
6.3 Proceed to checkout. Free shipping will be applied automatically at the final step of the purchase process, without the need to enter a promotional code. The shipping cost will appear as zero and can be confirmed by the User before completing the purchase.
6.4 Finalize the purchase of the selected Products by paying the corresponding price using any of the payment methods available in the Online Store.
6.5 Delivery times are subject to the availability and capacity of the logistics operator.
6.6 LEGENDS HOSPITALITY ESPAÑA S.L.U. reserves the right to cancel orders deemed suspicious or potentially fraudulent.
7. Restrictions:
7.1 The “Free Shipping 1 December” Campaign applies exclusively to shipments to the following destinations: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, and Sweden.
7.2 Free shipping is applicable only to orders with a subtotal of at least 100€.
