Terms and Conditions “White Friday 2025” Campaign

Accessing and making a purchase through the Online Store during the Campaign period constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Campaign Name: “White Friday 2025” (hereinafter, the “Campaign”).

2. Campaign Territory: Valid exclusively on the Real Madrid Online Store at https://shop.realmadrid.com or https://us.shop.realmadrid.com, in all territories where delivery is offered.

3. Eligibility Requirements: 3.1. All users of the Online Store are eligible to participate in this Campaign. No additional registration is required. 3.2. To apply the discount, users must enter the code 15ALL at checkout. 3.3. The Campaign applies to all orders placed through the Online Store, including orders containing items already on sale.

4. Campaign Organizer: LEGENDS HOSPITALITY ESPAÑA S.L.U.

5. Campaign Duration: The Campaign will run from 00:00 (CET) on 24 November 2025 until 23:59 (CET) on 1 December 2025.

6. Campaign Mechanics: 6.1. Users must visit the Online Store at https://shop.realmadrid.com or https://us.shop.realmadrid.com. 6.2. Select any product available in the Online Store. 6.3. Enter the code 15ALL at checkout to apply a 15% discount on the total order amount, excluding shipping costs. 6.4. The discount applies to all orders, including those containing items already on sale. 6.5. The Campaign is valid only for purchases made through the Online Store and does not apply to physical stores. 6.6. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected during checkout.

7. Restrictions: 7.1. The Campaign is compatible with discounts available to Members, Madridista Premium, and Madridista Free. It cannot be combined with birthday promotional codes under any circumstances. 7.2. Participation in the Campaign is personal and non-transferable. 7.3. The discount can only be applied by using the code 15ALL during checkout. 7.4. LEGENDS HOSPITALITY ESPAÑA S.L.U. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time, as well as to void any orders considered suspicious or fraudulent. 7.5. The offer is non-refundable and non-transferable; returned items will be refunded at the price paid with the discount applied, without affecting the consumer’s legal rights. 7.6. There is no minimum spend required to participate in the Campaign.
