Store collection: Store collection is available exclusively at our Official Store at the Santiago Bernabéu (Calle Padre Damián 3) for all orders placed on the website, regardless of the country from which the order is placed. Once the order is ready for collection, the customer will be notified by email. From that point, the customer will have 10 calendar days to collect the order before it is returned to our premises.
Next day delivery: This shipping method is only available for Madrid for orders placed before 11:00 a.m. CET. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. CET will be delivered on the next available business day in addition to the processing time.
In Post lockers: This shipping method is only available in Spain, excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The order will be delivered to the locker selected by the customer during the checkout process.
1. WELCOME
We trust that you are satisfied with the products ordered through our website (the "Website"). However, if you are unhappy with any of the products ordered through the Website (the "Products") or change your mind, you may return them and receive the corresponding refund.
This returns policy (the "Returns Policy") sets out when and how you may return a Product to us if you change your mind or if there is an issue with the Product, and what we can do about it.
The Returns Policy forms part of the General Terms and Conditions, and the terms defined therein have the same meaning in this policy. Please read this Returns Policy carefully alongside the General Terms and Conditions before ordering a Product.
2. LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
2.1 You may change your mind and cancel for any reason the contract entered into with us, provided you do so after placing the order on our Website and no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) received the Products.
2.2 If the order includes several Products each delivered separately, or if the order is split into several shipments, you may change your mind at any time no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which the last Product or last shipment of the order was delivered to you.
You are not required to give a reason for the return, provided you express your wish to do so within the timeframes set out in clauses 2.1 or 2.2.
Please refer to clause 4 below, entitled "How to Return an Order", for information on returning orders.
You will not be able to change your mind and return Products that:
a) have been manufactured to your specifications, instructions or designs, or have been personalised by you
b) have been delivered sealed and, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned if you have removed the seal after receiving them
c) have been irreversibly mixed with other items after delivery;
d) you have purchased in connection with your business or professional activity or trade (i.e. if you have not purchased them as a consumer or user, as those terms are understood under Spanish law)
e) are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
3. ADDITIONAL RETURNS POLICY
Once the 14 calendar day withdrawal period has elapsed, as part of Legends' commercial policy, you will have the right to return the order without needing to provide a reason, provided you express your wish to do so within 31 calendar days from the day on which the last Product or the last shipment of the order was delivered to you.
The additional right of return is also subject to the rest of the Returns Policy and, in particular, to the provisions of clause 6.1. c).
4. HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER
If you wish to return an order, please let us know by:
a) completing the return form included at the end of this Returns Policy and sending it by email to the address indicated in the "Contact Us" section of the Terms and Conditions
b) completing the online return form included in the Shipping and Returns section or via the link included in the confirmation email
c) contacting us via the email address or phone number indicated in the "Contact Us" section (paragraph 3) of the Terms and Conditions to notify us of your wish to return the order.
For the purposes of the provisions of Article 108 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the cost of the return shall be borne by you, and you may use the return procedure of your choice or the one we may provide for your convenience. When you exercise your rights under clauses 2 or 3 above, you must indicate whether you prefer to use the return method proposed by us or to arrange it yourself. Should you choose the method we propose, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label (see clause 5.3), the cost of which will be deducted from your refund (see clauses 5.3 (b) and (c) and clause 6.1). In line with the general terms and conditions, returns are not accepted for products purchased from any of the following countries under any circumstances:

5. HOW TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS
5.1 If you exercise your right of withdrawal or return or any other right available to you by law or under the Terms and Conditions, you must return the Products to us without undue delay and, in any case, within 31 calendar days from the date on which you notified us of your wish to return them. It will not be necessary for us to have received the returned Products within that 31-day period, provided you have dispatched them before it expires.
5.2 To return the Product to us: Please use the original carrier packaging, box or envelope. If you no longer have the original, you must use packaging or a box that is secure and protects the returned Products as well as the original. We also recommend using packaging that does not incur additional shipping costs, especially if we have provided you with a prepaid shipping label. 5.3 We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label in the event that:
a) the Products are defective, do not conform to their description, or are not fit for their intended purpose and we are unable to repair or replace them within a reasonable timeframe
b) you exercise your right of withdrawal within the legal period set out in clause 2. In such case, the cost of the prepaid postage will be deducted from the amounts we are required to refund you in accordance with clause 6
c) you exercise your additional right of return in accordance with the clause above. In such case, the cost of the prepaid postage will be deducted from the amounts we are required to refund you in accordance with clause 6
d) we have informed you of an upcoming change to the Product or the Terms and Conditions
Please note that we are unable to accept returns of Products purchased on our Website at physical stores, events or points of sale operated by us. If, on the other hand, you prefer to arrange the return yourself, please send the Product in its original packaging — or, failing that, in secure packaging that protects the products — to the following address: C/ Poeta Joan Maragall 1, planta 15, 28020, Madrid (LEGENDS HOSPITALITY ESPAÑA).
6. REFUNDS
6.1
a) Where the return of Products is due to them being defective or because we have informed you of a change to them, you will be entitled to a full refund of the price paid, as well as the original delivery costs (corresponding to the standard or least expensive delivery method offered) and any return costs you have incurred (if you have not used our prepaid label).
b) If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the legal period set out in clause 2, you will be entitled to a refund of the price paid for the Products, as well as the original delivery costs (corresponding to the standard or least expensive delivery method offered). The cost of the return postage will be deducted from the amount to be refunded if you have opted for the method we provided (prepaid label). Additionally, if the return from outside the European Union generates customs charges, duties or taxes that are legally the responsibility of the consumer and are directly attributable to the return, these may be deducted, with prior clear and justified notice to you.
c) If you exercise the additional right of return after the legal withdrawal period, as set out in clause 3 above, you will be entitled to a refund of the price paid minus an amount equivalent to the sum of (i) the shipping costs borne for the delivery of the Product; (ii) the cost of the prepaid postage if you have opted for the return method we provided; and (iii) any customs charges, duties or taxes that may arise as a result of the return.
6.2 If you have opted to return the Products using one of the methods offered, we will process the applicable refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw or make an additional return under clause 2 or 3 above.
6.3 If, on the other hand, you have chosen to send the Product without using one of the methods offered, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods.
6.4 We will not issue a refund if the returned Product does not match the one you ordered, or if the Product was not ordered through our Website. In such cases, the Product will be sent back to you and the corresponding delivery costs may be charged.
6.5 If you exercise your right to return the Product after it has been delivered to you, you will be liable to us for any diminution in the value of the Products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (such as would normally be done in a shop). We may apply a deduction for such loss of value to the refund to which you are entitled.
6.6 If you selected an express delivery method when placing your order, we will not refund the difference between our standard delivery rates and the additional amount paid for the express delivery method where we have agreed to cover the return shipping via a prepaid label.
6.7 We will process the refund using the same payment method you used to pay for the order, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. No charges will be applied in connection with the refund.
6.8 Size exchanges are not accepted. If you wish to receive a different size from the one received, you may exercise your right of withdrawal or additional return within 31 calendar days of receiving the product, proceed with your return and place a new order in the desired size.
Returned products must be in perfect condition, unused and in the original product packaging. Returns of personalised or made-to-order products will not be accepted.
